My name is J. Kiel, owner of Sailors Grave Tattoos and I have been tattooing in the Grand Rapids area since the fall of 2003, so a little over 15 years. I really enjoy doing traditional, neo-traditional, and traditional Japanese style tattoos. I find that tattooing is very rewarding in many aspects, I love to see a smiling face when the piece is finished and I try to make each new tattoo better than the last.
